Dr. Henkel was born and raised in Northern Illinois. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at Illinois State University. After undergrad, she continued her education at Illinois College of Optometry, where she earned her Doctorate of Optometry.
Dr. Henkel completed clinical rotations at practices located in Illinois, Kentucky, and North Carolina. These rotations specialized in primary care, ocular disease, and cataract surgery co-management. In her free time, Dr. Henkel enjoys traveling, hiking, visiting the National Parks and cooking.
Dr. Henkel sees patients in the ClearVision Eye Centers office in Pahrump.
